The Microarray Centre is dedicated to helping you get the most out of your microarray experiment.
We are a Certified Agilent Service Provider and an Authorised Affymetrix Service Provider, and we offer services on the Affymetrix, Agilent, Illumina and in-house array platforms.
Other major services we offer include array-based services such as gene expression profiling and ChIP-on-Chip, data analysis, informatics and data mining; scanning services and integrity testing.

Our latest additions are technologies that can be used for array data validation, including Luminex technology (using the Bio-Plex instrument from Bio-Rad), Nanostring, and the Ziplex (Xceed Molecular) systems.
